Our patient transportation services are available to provide safe, secure and convenient transportation to your appointments at the Senior Care Center. Our vans are equipped to accommodate medically stable wheelchair patients, as well as ambulatory patients. If you live at a nursing home facility or assisted living facility, we can also assist with transportation to your physician’s office if the office is on the St. Mary’s campus.

*Transportation from patient’s individual homes to a physician’s office (other than the Senior Care Center) on the St. Mary’s campus is available for $10. All other transportation to St. Mary’s, including from nursing homes or assisted living facilities, is free.
