| | Dungan Named Director of Public Policy for SSM Cardinal Glennon Children's Medical Center
ST. LOUIS (June 7, 2010) – In her new position, Dungan will work with local, state and federal governmental officials on legislative and regulatory issues affecting children’s health care, as well as general governmental issues affecting the SSM-St. Louis network. The SSM-St. Louis network is comprised of seven hospitals, nearly 12,000 employees and 2,500 staff physicians.

Accountable Care Organization Collaborative and has identified its St. Louis market as the pilot site. The formation of the collaborative was announced at a news conference today in Washington, D.C. July 13, 2009 (ST. LOUIS) - Paula Friedman, SSM Health Care corporate vice president - strategy and systems improvement, has been promoted to senior vice president - strategic development. Friedman, 46, will oversee the system's strategic planning and quality management functions. The appointment is effective Aug. 1.
